Earlier, it was all fireworks from the two Windies batters - Shai Hope and Nicholas Pooran as they both scored a ton and made their side reach a mammoth total of 339 runs. For Nepal, Lalit Rajbanshi picked up three wickets as was the pick for them. Karan KC, Gulsan Jha, Sandeep Lamichhane, and Dipendra Singh Airee picked up a wicket a piece.

West Indies were all over Nepal's batters right from the start and they just never let them settle in the game. They picked up a wicket whenever a good partnership was brewing. Aarif Sheikh played a fine knock of 63 runs but it was just now enough. Gulsan Jha later played his cameo of 42 runs. Jason Holder was the pick of the bowlers for the Windies side as he picked up three wickets. Alzarri Joseph, Keemo Paul and Akeal Hosein picked two wickets each while Kyle Mayers picked up the last one wicket.

Nepal were good with the new ball but as the game progressed, they had no answers to the powerful hitting. Most of their bowlers had high economy rates but the likes of Lalit Rajbanshi and Sandeep Lamichhane were quite decent. Especially the former who was the pick. However, their batters are now left with a tall task. They will have to bat out of their skins if they are to chase it down. Windies on the other hand, will back themselves to defend this. Stay tuned for the chase in a bit.

End of another power-packed batting display from the Windies! Yet again, the start was not all that good as they lost three early wickets but then came the stand which turned the tide towards them. It was a massive partnership between Hope and Pooran. The latter was dropped earlier in the innings and he made Nepal pay. Both scored tons and when they were batting 350 looked possible but Windies lost wickets towards the end and they have fallen short of that mark. They though will be very pleased with the score they have on the board.
