8.53pm Earlier in the game, England Champions posted a below-par score with only Ian Bell top-scoring with 45 runs but they would have wanted more from the other batters. Brett Lee was excellent for Australia Champions and picked up three wickets while Ben Laughlin and Dan Christian chipped in a couple each. While chasing, the Aussies openers once again got going from the start and added 88 runs for the first wicket setting up a nice platform for them. The England Champions bowlers were taken apart and did not have any answers to the onslaught from the openers. They also dropped a couple of chances but managed to pick up four wickets with Owais Shah getting two while Chris Schofield and Usman Afzaal taking one each. However, the game was gone by then and they will have to regroup and come back stronger in the next one.
