Dallas Mavericks: The Mavericks extended their losing streak to 6 after losing their last game against the Spurs. 112-105.

The Spurs took a massive lead in the 1st that they carried over in which was otherwise a neck to neck competition, building upon that lead they won the match.

Leonard led his team in the loss with 25 points, 9 rebounds and 2 assists, followed by Powell

with 20 points, 17 rebounds and 1 assist.

Dallas Mavericks are ranked 14th in the Western Conference and 25th in the league.

Fantasy  Breakdown by THE BOWLJOB

Dallas Mavericks:  The Mavericks have lost six games in a row and nine of their last 10. They come into tonight’s game as 11-point underdogs against the Nuggets, who are ranked ninth or better in points allowed, defensive rating, and rebounding percentage over the last 10 games. The Mavericks have an implied total of only 104.8 points.Jalen Brunson has a decent matchup and has averaged 34 fantasy points over his last four games. While there are reasons to like him, he feels a bit overpriced given the other options at his position. The only other player that I have interest in here is Maxi Kleber, who has averaged 29 minutes and 23 fantasy points over his last three games. With the Nuggets playing two bigs at all times, we could see Kleber top the 30 minute mark again tonight.

Denver Nuggets:  The Nuggets have won six of their last 10 games and can catch the Warriors for the best record in the West if they can finish the season on a strong note. They draw an exploitable matchup tonight against the Mavericks, who are ranked 21st or worse in points allowed, defensive rating, and rebounding percentage over the last 10 games. It appears that the Isaiah Thomas experiment is over in Denver, at least for the time being. While he wasn’t playing a ton of minutes, he was soaking up usage and cutting into the playing time of Monte Morris and Malik Beasley. Morris should push for 25+ minutes tonight (potentially more in a blowout) and is my favorite value play .The Mavericks are undersized in the frontcourt and are ranked 25th or worse in efficiency against power forwards, efficiency against centers, and rebounding percentage. A case can be made for both Paul Millsap and Nikola Jokic .
