Los Angeles Lakers vs Toronto Raptors
15th February 2019

Venue: Scotiabank Arena, Toronto, ON
Lowry has played at least 34 minutes in four straight games, topping 30 fantasy points in each contest. He’s not a must play by any means, but he’s only low priced and he gets to face a James team that is ranked 24th in efficiency against point guards. Value is lacking in tonight’s slate, which puts Lowry in that elite play territory. The Lakers team have W-31 and L-36 and stand 4th in Pacific Standings, while Raptors have W-48, L-20 and stand 1st in the Atlantic Standings. Kawhi Leonard was the centerpiece of the trade that brought Leonard to Toronto and sent icon DeMar DeRozan to San Antonio. Danny Green was a nice inclusion in the deal, and he is responsible for two of Toronto’s league-best 26 wins. One of those wins occurred a little over a month ago in Lakers, and the Raptors will head to Orlando again Friday night looking to continue their recent dominance over the Lakers. The Raptors (48-20) enter with a five-game winning streak over the Lakers. They also own 10 wins in their last 12 visits to Orlando and 19 wins in the last 22 meetings with the Magic since the start of the 2012-13 season.
Green only played 24 minutes the other night against the Cavaliers, which is why his recent form looks ugly in the table below. However, in his previous six games, he topped 24 fantasy points three times. He’s a sneaky tournament play in a game that we should feel good about stacking. As always, Powell offers a high ceiling for tournaments but has too low of a floor for cash games. Siakam has been up and down over the last couple of months. While he’s viable as part of a game stack, I’m not looking to force him into my lineups. He should push for 35+ minutes against a team that is ranked 28th in efficiency against power forwards. Center is typically one of the deepest positions of each slate, but Ibaka/ Gasol is head and shoulders above the next best option. He has averaged 35 minutes and 37 fantasy points over his last four games and gets to face the Lakers, who are ranked 26th in DvsA against versatile bigs this season.
