Standard Coupon Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the FanCode Shop Coupons (“Coupon(s)”) issued by Sporta Technologies Private Limited (“Company”), a company incorporated under the laws of India and having its registered office at Unit No. 1201-1202, 12th Floor, Wing A, One BKC, G Block, Plot No.66, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra-E, Mumbai, 400051, Maharashtra, India.

2. The terms ‘Company’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refer to the issuers of the Coupon. The terms ‘you’ or ‘user’, and all its grammatical variations, refer to the users or the customers possessing or utilizing the Coupon. By using or intending to use a Coupon, you are agreeing to and accept these Terms. These Terms apply only to users who receive Coupon(s) relating to any promotion conducted by Company. The distribution of Coupon(s) is at the sole discretion of the Company and a user shall not claim or demand a Coupon as a matter of right. Each Coupon is linked to your account and is not transferable.

3. The Coupon(s) may be redeemed only at https://fancode.com/shop or the ‘FanCode’ application (“Platform”).

4. The Coupons are only redeemable for purchase of Products on the Platform in the territory of Republic of India (“Territory”).

5. The Coupon(s) may be used against only select /all merchandise (“Products”) as specified by the Company at the time of issuance of the Coupons.

6. The Company at its discretion may issue Coupons to you either by email, push notifications, SMS, third party integration or any other promotional channels as decided by the Company.

7. To use a Coupon, you will have to enter the unique Coupon code (“Coupon Code”) during checkout while purchasing the Product on the Platform. In each transaction, you can use only one (1) Coupon Code during checkout. On completion of the verification of the Coupon and subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Coupon offer/ discount will be applied to the total amount payable (excluding GST applicable thereon) for the eligible items in your cart. You shall complete the payment for the rest of the amount using the payment options on the Platform to successfully redeem the Coupon and complete placing the order.

8. Each Coupon can be used only once.

9. Coupon(s) cannot be clubbed with other promotional codes or utilised to purchase discounted items or special price items on the Platform.

10. The Coupon Code will lapse in case of order cancellation or return of the Product ordered from the Platform using the Coupon code.

11. Validity of a Coupon cannot be extended and a new Coupon shall not be provided against an expired or unused Coupon.

12. Coupon(s) cannot be resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash or credit.

13. Once Coupon(s) have been issued to you, you are bound to protect and keep confidential the Coupon(s) and Coupon Code. The Company shall not be responsible if a Coupon is lost, stolen or used without permission. It is hereby clarified that duplicate or replacement Coupons shall not be issued by the Company under any circumstances.

14. All orders will be subject to availability at the time of purchase and will be governed by our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. In case of returns or cancellation of an order or item purchased using a Coupon, such order or item shall be subject to the returns/ cancellation policy on the Platform.

15. The Company reserves the right, to be exercised at its sole and absolute discretion, to void any Coupon(s) if Company suspects that the Coupon(s) were obtained or used fraudulently, unlawfully or otherwise in violation of these Terms or any other terms and conditions applicable to the Coupon(s). The Company shall have the right to take appropriate action including closing your accounts and make you liable to pay if a fraudulently obtained Coupon is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on the Platform from your account.

16. The decision of the Company will be final and binding with regard to Coupon(s), and no correspondence, objection, complaints, etc. will be entertained in this regard.

17. The Company does not make any warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Coupon(s), including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, the aggregate liability of the Company in relation to the Coupon(s) for any reason whatsoever shall not exceed Indian Rupees Fifty only (INR 50).

18. The Company reserves the right to change/modify/withdraw the Coupon(s) and these Terms from time to time at its discretion and without prior notice to you.

19. Your use of the Coupon(s) shall be subject to the Specific Coupon Terms and Conditions as applicable. In the event of any conflict between the Specific Coupon Terms and Conditions and any of these Terms, the Specific Coupon Terms and Conditions shall prevail only to the extent of such conflict and the remainder of these Terms shall continue to apply.

20. Notwithstanding what may be set out in the Specific Coupon Terms and Conditions below, no Coupons whatsoever are applicable on the Official Adidas India Cricket jersey.

21. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only.

22. For any customer grievances regarding a Coupon(s), please use the “Helpdesk” section on the Platform or contact the Company at support@fancode.com.

1. Swopstore offer

1. Users can use the discount code/ coupon availed from Swopstore to avail a discount of INR 400 off on purchase of products from the Platform where the total cart value is above Rs 999 (Indian Rupees Nine Hundred Ninety Nine).
2. The Coupon shall be open to utilization till April 30, 2024, IST 23:59:59 hours on the Platform.

2.  MyGate offer (20% off above Rs 999)

1. Users can use the discount code/ coupon availed from MyGate to avail a discount of 20% on purchase of products from the Platform where the total cart value is above Rs 999 (Indian Rupees Nine Hundred Ninety Nine).
2. The Coupon shall be open to utilization from till October 31, 2023 IST 23:59:59 hours on the Platform.

3. Paytm Hot deals (20% off above Rs 999)

1. Users can use the discount code/ coupon availed from Paytm to avail a discount of 50% on purchase of products from the Platform where the total cart value is above Rs. 1499 (Indian Rupees One Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Nine).
2. Maximum discount that can be availed is capped to Rs 850 (Indian Rupees Eight Hundred Fifty).
3. The Coupon shall be open to utilization till October 31, 2023, IST 23:59:59 hours on the Platform.
